Air Conditioning

For extra comfort, even on hot days, our Superior Plus and Junior Suite rooms are equipped with air conditioning. The current room temperature is always shown on the display. The desired room temperature can be set by turning the control knob.

The air conditioning can be switched off by pressing and holding the button at the bottom left until a small house appears. The fan speed can be adjusted by pressing the button at the bottom right.

If you have any further questions, our reception staff will be happy to assist you at any time.

Arrival

Rooms are available on the day of arrival from 3 pm. Should you arrive earlier you can deposit your luggage with us.

Bar

Our lounge bar serves a selection of regional beverages. In addition to wine and sparkling wine from the surrounding Württemberg wine-growing regions, we serve traditional Stuttgart beer. To round off the day in style, we offer fine spirits as well as coffee, tea, and non-alcoholic beverages.

Blinds

All rooms to the South and West front are equipped with blinds that close automatically when the sun
is shining. A control panel to open or close the blinds manually is attached to the wall.

Please vacate your room by 12 noon on the day of departure. If you wish to depart later, please inform reception in good time.
You are welcome to leave your luggage with us if you wish to spend the day at the trade fair or on business in Stuttgart.
Take advantage of our evening check-out to avoid waiting times in the morning.
Please hand in your room cards at the reception desk before departure.

Plieninger Straße (B 312), Filderstadt-Bernhausen. About 3 km away from the hotel, take the second exit at the roundabout, direction to Bernhausen/Flughafen (Airport), in the centre of Bernhausen right at the traffic lights, after 400 metres on the right-hand side.

ARAL-Filling Station
Plieninger Straße, Neuhausen a.d.F. About 2.5 km away from the hotel, take the first exit at the roundabout, after 2 km turn right into Plieninger Straße, the filling station is visible from there.

Shuttle service

In cooperation with Airport Parking Stuttgart, we offer a shuttle service to Stuttgart Airport and the Stuttgart Exhibition Center for a fee.
The vehicle can carry a maximum of 8 people.
Please order the shuttle at least 24 hours before departure via reception and note that there may be a maximum waiting time of 30 minutes for pick-up at the hotel.

Please note that all our rooms are non-smoking rooms.
Smoking is only permitted outside. A cleaning fee of €75 will be charged for any violations.

Taxi

Our reception staff is happy to assist you when ordering a taxi. Please let us know as early as possible, especially as during Fairs a shortage of taxis could be possible.
